1. 5-A Side Soccer Tournament
Group A: 10-12 years old
Group B: 13-15 years old
*2 halves – 15 minutes each half
*5-7 players each team (subs allowed)
*Max of 4 teams each group
*Registration required
2. Photography Challenge (10-18years old)

Participants will take photos of players during the Soccer Tournament

What is The Self in Me Project?
The Self in Me Project, recently won the Community Choice Grant from the Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre Community Innovators Pitch Night Grant. Our project aims to combat social isolation and loneliness among young people aged 10-18 in the Fraser Coast community through sports and arts-based activities that promote self-confidence, self-expression, and social connection.
Through The Self in Me Project, we address these concerns by offering structured sports tournaments, creative arts showcase, mentorship programs, and community engagement activities to help young people build resilience, discover their individuality, and strengthen social connections.
